2025–2026 School Year - Meal Program Information
AZACS participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) at our Phoenix and West Valley campuses.
Steps to Receive School Meals:
Step 1: Complete the ONLINE APPLICATION for free or reduced-price meals.
Step 2: Pre-order meals in advance – monthly through the school’s online
payment portal :
Prior year eligibility only lasts for the first month of school. A new application is required every year unless you receive a direct certification letter from the state.
Applications will be available:
- Online (see above link to meal app)
- On paper at Meet the Teacher Night, at each school site, via e mail from

Note: AZACS Tucson does not currently participate in NSLP/SBP.
New to AZACS?
Be sure to apply in July so your student’s meal eligibility is active on the first day of school. You will receive information in e-mail from Holly Vaughan regarding our School Meals and applications for free or reduced price meals in July.

Medical Meal Restrictions
If your child has a medical dietary restriction, AZACS can accommodate it. A physician-completed form is required by the State of Arizona.
